Struggling Relationship?

Do you often feel confused, unheard, or wishing your partner would show more consistent love? You’re not alone. Together, we’ll strengthen your confidence, practice setting healthy boundaries, and work through emotions like anger, shame, and sadness with compassion and care.

Anxious?

Anxiety and depression can leave you feeling isolated and overwhelmed—but healing is possible. I will walk alongside you as you learn practical tools to manage stress, lift your mood, and regain a sense of peace and stability. You don’t have to carry this burden alone.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing?

If you’re Deaf or hard of hearing, I offer counseling with no communication barriers. With over 13 years of experience as an ASL interpreter, I bring cultural understanding as well as therapeutic support. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions, you’ll find a safe and accessible space here.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurance plans, excepting Medicare plans.

My Approach to Counseling

We were made for relationship with others. Disconnection from others, disconnection with parts of yourself, and disconnection from God are the roots of most mental health struggles. My approach to counseling aims to reconnect you to the social supports in your life, develop insight into yourself as you practice honoring your internal signals, and encourage your walk with the Lord day by day.

While traditional counseling can get you a great deal of relief from symptoms, I have always found that I hit a ceiling when God is not part of the picture. He is the One who made us and the Great Physician; connection with Him is the biggest agent for change that you can possibly have! As we walk through the research-backed treatment methods that the counseling field has found effective, we will also turn to the God who designed the world and the people who live here. When we live in God’s world, God’s way; we find flourishing and fullness of life.
