You don’t have to keep living in survival mode

Specializations Offered

Trauma & PTSD

When life has taught you that the world isn’t safe, your mind and body can stay stuck in survival mode long after the danger has passed. Together, we’ll help you understand your nervous system, process painful experiences, and develop practical tools that allow you to feel safe, connected, and fully present again.

Toxic Relationships

If you’ve been manipulated, gaslighted, blamed, or made to question your own reality, healing can feel confusing and lonely. Therapy can help you rebuild trust in yourself, establish healthy boundaries, break unhealthy relationship patterns, and regain the confidence to move forward with clarity.

Anxiety & Perfectionism

When your mind never seems to shut off, even small decisions can feel exhausting. Whether you’re constantly worrying, striving to get everything “just right,” or carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations, we’ll work together to quiet the inner pressure and help you live with greater peace, confidence, and balance.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurance plans, excepting Medicare plans.

My Approach to Counseling

We were made for relationship—with others, with ourselves, and with God. When those connections are broken, we often experience emotional pain and mental health struggles. My approach to counseling focuses on restoring these relationships by helping you strengthen your support system, better understand yourself, and grow in your walk with the Lord.

While evidence-based counseling provides meaningful healing, I believe lasting transformation comes from including the One who created us. As we use research-backed therapeutic tools, we’ll also look to God—the Great Physician—for wisdom, hope, and lasting change. When we learn to live in God’s world, God’s way, we move toward the flourishing and fullness of life He desires for us.

What therapy with me is like

  • Understand why your brain and body react the way they do.
  • Learn practical tools you can begin using right away.
  • Heal at a pace that feels safe, with both compassion and accountability.
